Since its establishment in DEC. 1995, seemark developing in diesel generator set &gasoline generator set with fastest speed for growing and developing at world market, covering an area about 43, 000 square meters plant of European style, owns 7 sets of auto-assembly producing lines, 2 sets of auto-cycle testing lines and first-class in world of detecting equipments, has 386 expert staffs now, 18 professional R&D engineers including 3 senior engineers.
With powerful R&D, good management& strict quality control, and professional technicians, the company has the ability to produce more than 500, 000 engines, generators and water pumps all together.

In 2004, acquired quality management certification of ISO9001: 2000 and international network certification in manufacture/assembly of small synchronization gasoline& diesel generator.
In June 2006, honoured to be one of the China ten publish accepted famous brands in generator sets. During this time, we have past the CE, EPA certification for products exporting requirement.
In December 2006, honoured the certification of the first class enterprise producing export industrial products in jiangsu province.
